How long do I have to request a return or refund?
You have 30 days from receiving your order to contact us.
What if my item is damaged, faulty or incorrect?
Contact us with photo or video proof and once approved, you’ll receive a refund without needing to return the item.
What if I change my mind or ordered the wrong size?
Change-of-mind returns are allowed within 30 days, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 15 business days back to your original payment method.
